You can listen to Norwegian radio online in any browser, with no download and no account: open 72FM, search for a station's name, and press play. Norway was the first country to switch off national FM, in 2017, and its radio now lives on DAB and online — NRK's public channels and the P4 group's long list of themed stations.

NRK — public radio

• NRK P1 — the main channel, with local editions such as Stor-Oslo, Hordaland and Nordland.

After FM

Norwegian stations keep Central European Time — one hour ahead of UTC in winter and two in summer.
