These Terms govern your access to and use of 72FM (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
72FM is a directory and player for publicly broadcast internet radio. Station data comes from the open Radio Browser database, and pressing play streams the broadcaster's own feed, relayed unchanged through 72FM's stream proxy (the embeddable player connects directly). 72FM does not own or licence any stream, does not store or re-encode the audio, and every station remains the property of the broadcaster that operates it. Premium is a paid tier of the 72FM software — it lifts the daily listening limit and unlocks player features. It does not grant access to any station, because no station is restricted.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to: (a) rebroadcast, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; (b) circumvent Premium controls; (c) upload unlawful content; (d) use the Service to infringe third-party rights.
Live radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters. Availability, uptime and content are outside our control. Event listings are supplied by Ticketmaster.
The 72FM name, logo, software and the way our collections are put together are our intellectual property. The stations themselves are not — they belong to the broadcasters that operate them, as do their names and logos. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without prejudice to consumer protections in your country of residence.
