Make your own internet radio playlist: pick stations by country, genre or name from the 30,000+ in the open Radio Browser directory and download them as one .m3u file, ready for VLC, Kodi, WiiM and most other players. It is free and needs no account. It makes radio playlists only, not TV or IPTV.
Open the file with VLC, or drag it onto the VLC window. The stations appear in the playlist; double-click one to play it.
Give the file to the IPTV Simple Client as its M3U playlist. Each entry is marked as radio, so the stations appear under Radio in Kodi's main menu.
In the WiiM Home app, open Browse, then Open Network Stream, then Import Streams, and pick the file.
Open the file like any playlist. Most players that read M3U show the station names and play each address.

Yes. Picking stations and downloading the file need no account and no payment. Your list is kept in your browser, so it is still there when you come back on the same device.
No. This page makes radio playlists from the stations in the open Radio Browser directory. It does not list, find or make TV or IPTV channels.
Yes. Choose Add to my existing list and paste the lines the page gives you at the end of your file, after its last address. The file has to start with the line #EXTM3U, as playlists made here do.
Stations move their streams from time to time, and some players cannot play every format, AAC or HLS for example. Look the station up again in the stream URL finder, where many stations are listed with several addresses, and swap the address in your file.
