On a multiplayer server, Garry's Mod's 3D Stream Radio plays only the addresses in the server's playlist files. Pick the stations you want, from your country or anywhere, and download a playlist ready to drop into the server: it adds the stations and whitelists them in one go. Only formats the radio lists are offered, from the 30,000+ stations in the open Radio Browser directory. It is free and needs no account.
The 3D Stream Radio addon lists MP3, OGG, AAC, WAV, WMA and FLAC, from a direct link to the audio or a station's playlist file. This page offers MP3, Ogg, AAC and FLAC stations and leaves out HLS addresses.

Spawn a radio with the toolgun and choose a station from its playlists, or give it a stream address. On a multiplayer server, the radio only plays addresses that are in the server's playlist files.
The addon has a whitelist, on by default: on a multiplayer server it plays only addresses found in the server's playlist files. A server admin adds stations by putting a playlist in garrysmod/data/streamradio/playlists, as this page does, or with the addon's playlist editor. In single player the whitelist does not apply.
The addon lists MP3, OGG, AAC, WAV, WMA and FLAC, from a direct link to the audio or a station's playlist file; web pages and web players do not work. This page offers MP3, Ogg, AAC and FLAC stations and leaves out HLS addresses (ending in .m3u8).
In garrysmod/data/streamradio/playlists on the server, with names ending in _pls.txt, _m3u.txt, _json.txt or _vdf.txt. Edits made by hand take effect after sv_streamradio_url_whitelist_reload or a restart.
An admin can, with sv_streamradio_url_whitelist_enable 0, but the addon's author advises against it: the whitelist protects players from IP grabbers, malicious files and unwanted content. Adding the stations you want to a playlist keeps that protection.
It is free and needs no account. 72FM is not connected with Facepunch Studios, the maker of Garry's Mod, or with the 3D Stream Radio addon. The stations belong to their broadcasters, and the addresses are the ones the open Radio Browser directory lists for them.
